  • Number of doors

  • Trim or special options, if applicable

  • Window selection

  • Tint shade or film option

Because our products are cut based on customer-selected vehicle information, accuracy is very important. Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for incorrect products ordered due to inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and verification.

Computer Cut Tint reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Product availability

  • Incorrect product information

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

  • Payment issues

  • Shipping address issues

If an order is canceled after payment has been made and before processing begins, a refund may be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

5. Custom-Cut Products

Many products sold by Computer Cut Tint are custom or vehicle-specific. Once an order has been processed, cut, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Customers should review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

6. Installation Responsibility

Professional installation is recommended.

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for installation errors, improper handling, contamination, shrinking mistakes, creasing, tearing, scratching, trimming mistakes, misalignment, bubbles, lifting edges, or damage caused during installation.

Pre-cut tint kits are designed to reduce hand-cutting and improve efficiency, but proper tools, preparation, and installation technique are still required for best results.

Customers should inspect all products before installation. Products that have been installed, altered, trimmed, modified, contaminated, or damaged during installation are not eligible for replacement unless Computer Cut Tint determines that the wrong product was shipped due to our error.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and vehicle-specific nature of our computer-cut window tint kits, Computer Cut Tint does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

If Computer Cut Tint determines that an incorrect product was shipped due to our error, we will replace the incorrect product at no additional cost.

Replacement requests must be made before the product is installed, altered, trimmed, modified, or damaged.

8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and package handling are controlled by the shipping carrier. Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery scans, weather delays, misdelivery, or shipping issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer error, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Shipping Damage

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for products damaged, lost, delayed, or mishandled during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, you should:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Keep all original packaging materials.

  • File a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

  • Contact Computer Cut Tint with your order details and damage documentation.

Once a shipping damage claim has been started and proper documentation is provided, Computer Cut Tint may assist with a replacement when applicable.

Window tint laws vary by state, city, and local jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for checking and following all applicable window tint laws before purchasing or installing tint.

  • Tint shade legality

  • Tickets or citations

  • Failed inspections

  • Required tint removal

  • Legal compliance issues

  • Costs related to replacing or removing tint

By purchasing from Computer Cut Tint, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that your selected tint products comply with applicable laws in your area.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. Computer Cut Tint reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel orders, or refuse orders affected by pricing or listing mistakes.
