At Computer Cut Tint, we provide precision computer-cut window tint kits and vehicle-specific pre-cut tint products. Because our products are custom cut based on the vehicle information selected at the time of order, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and vehicle-specific nature of our pre-cut window tint kits, Computer Cut Tint does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Each tint kit is prepared according to the vehicle details provided by the customer, including year, make, model, body style, number of doors, window selection, and other applicable options.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before checkout.

Please make sure the following information is correct before placing your order:

  • Vehicle year

  • Make

  • Model

  • Body style

  • Number of doors

  • Trim or special options, if applicable

  • Selected windows

  • Tint shade or film option

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for incorrect products ordered due to inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

No Returns on Installed or Altered Products

Products that have been installed, handled incorrectly, trimmed, modified, damaged, creased, stretched, contaminated, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

Customers should inspect all products before beginning installation. If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us before installing the product.

Incorrect Product Shipped by Computer Cut Tint

If Computer Cut Tint determines that the wrong product was shipped due to our error, we will replace the incorrect product at no additional cost.

To request a review, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Vehicle year, make, model, and body style

  • Photos of the product received

  • A clear description of the issue

Replacement requests must be submitted before the product is installed, altered, trimmed, or modified.

Installation Issues

Professional installation is recommended.

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for installation errors, improper handling, contamination, shrinking mistakes, creasing, tearing, scratching, misalignment, bubbles, lifting edges, or damage caused during installation.

Pre-cut window tint kits are designed to make installation easier, but proper tools, preparation, and installation technique are still required for best results.

Shipping Damage

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for products damaged, lost, delayed, or mishandled during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Keep all original packaging materials.

  • File a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

  • Contact us with your order details and damage documentation.

Once a shipping damage claim has been started and proper documentation is provided, Computer Cut Tint may assist with a replacement when applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and package handling are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Computer Cut Tint is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery scans, weather delays, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, cut, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
